Biography
Carlos Villacorta Salís is a distinguished Spanish lawyer from the law firm BCV Lex Abodados Avocats with a remarkable career of more than three decades, specialising in international law, comparative law, personal injury and consumer law.
His vast experience and in-depth knowledge of these areas have made him a prominent figure in the legal community, both in Spain and internationally. In the aviation sector, his firm has represented over three thousand clients, family members of nearly 1,000 passengers involved in more than 30 accidents.
Over the years, he has focused on disputes concerning defective products, in cases such as the BAL/DHL in-flight collision over Lake Constance (Germany), the Flash Airlines accident in Sharm-El-Sheikh (Egypt) and, more recently, the Spanair tragedy at Barajas Airport (Spain) or the Air France accident in the Atlantic Ocean.
