GJN Responds to Philips CEO Regarding European Class Action

The Global Justice Network (GJN) has responded to Philips CEO Roy Jakobs’ comments about the European class action lawsuit regarding recalled Respironics medical devices. The lawsuit represents potentially over one million users and highlights serious health concerns about toxic chemicals in device components. GJN is demanding accountability, transparency, and compensation for patients exposed to harmful health risks from these medical devices.

Clients who register on the CPAP Europe website enter a preliminary assessment phase for the class action. Formal inclusion in the case will depend on the Milan court’s ruling of admissibility.
